A:	A Suite holder leases their entire suite for a single event. Event Suites locates a buyer for the event and takes a percentage commission or a flat fee for arranging the transaction.

A:	Nothing is worse than empty seats. Dark Suites are even more obvious and can decrease their value in the long run. Keeping Suite holders happy will greatly increase your chances for successfully renewing the lease.
